Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — Free is free forever, with no credit card required. You can see your reviews and try AI replies before deciding whether to upgrade.
What do I get when I upgrade to Pro?
Pro unlocks daily review monitoring, unlimited AI replies on demand, full analytics and sentiment trends, and a weekly insight report by email. We also import a deeper history of your reviews (around 200) so your analytics have real trends from day one.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. Pro is month-to-month with no lock-in — cancel whenever you like, right from your settings, and you won’t be charged again.
How does billing work?
Pro is A$29 per month, billed securely through Stripe in Australian dollars. You’ll get a receipt by email for every payment.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — Pro is monthly for now. If annual billing would help you, let us know and we’ll factor it into what we build next.
What’s included in the Business plan?
Business is for multi-location operators: up to 5 locations, team access, and white-label reports. It’s not self-serve yet — get in touch and we’ll tailor it to your setup.
